Stefan is the founder of the Ultra Slow Method and a Performance Coach with over 20 years of experience. He is guiding high-level athletes and professionals from all walks of life. His work bridges precision physical training with deep inner mastery. As a trusted coach to elite athletes and teams, Stefan has spent decades refining what it means to move, train and live with intention.
But beyond performance, Stefan saw a deeper need. People were burning out, disconnecting from their bodies and losing touch with what really matters. In response, he created Master Your Journey—a method that unites strength and softness together in a radically simple and transformative practice.

Sandra began her path as a nutritionist, but her deeper calling led her beyond the body into the realm of energy. Through her own transformation, she discovered what healing really means—not just fixing, but returning to wholeness. Guided and mentored by Stefan, Sandra transitioned from student to teacher of the Master Your Journey method.
Today, she works as an energy healer and intuitive guide, helping people clear emotional and energetic blocks, reconnect with their inner wisdom and align with their soul’s rhythm. She is also Stefan’s life partner and co-creator in bringing this work into the world.
